Please read these terms of use carefully before using our site. By accessing or using this site, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. All goods remain the property of Engraved Tags until full payment has been received.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/debit card payments via Stripe or Paypal

  • Cheque (payable to Engraved Tags)

  • BACS transfer

Engraving Instructions

Please double-check the information you provide for engraving, including spelling, numbers, and layout preferences. Engraved Tags cannot accept responsibility for errors in information provided by the customer.

If you have specific engraving preferences (e.g., alignment, orientation), please notify us when placing your order. We may adjust the engraving layout to suit the dimensions of the tag, but we’re happy to provide a proof (in JPEG format) upon request to ensure your satisfaction.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that contain inappropriate engraving requests.

Returns and Refunds

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us.

Note: All engraved products are bespoke and made to order, so returns are only accepted if the items are faulty.


Shipping

We aim to dispatch items promptly upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Timeframes (Approximate):

  • Pet tags: 3-4 working days

  • Economy plastic tags and metal hotel tags: 3-4 working days

  • Black-filled and heavy-duty plastic tags: 5-7 working days

Expedited Orders:
If you need your order sooner, please contact us to discuss expedited options.

Delivery Information:

  • Free delivery within the UK on all orders over £10+VAT.

  • International shipping is no longer available.

  • Dispatch times depend on stock availability and order size.

In cases where items are out of stock or unsuitable for your requirements, we will contact you to suggest alternatives.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within three days of receipt.

All items are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service.

Important: Ensure the delivery address and postcode provided at checkout are correct. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
