50mm White Door Number Discs with Black Engraving

Material and Engraving

The disc is manufactured from approximately 1.2mm-thick, two-ply ABS plastic. It consists of an approximately 0.2mm white surface layer over a 1mm black base layer.

During engraving, the white face is removed only where the characters are required. This exposes the black material underneath and produces the finished number without ink, vinyl lettering or an applied label.

Optional Self-Adhesive Fitting

No fixing hole is included. When selected, a 40mm-diameter self-adhesive pad is fitted centrally to the back of the 50mm disc. This leaves an approximately 5mm border around the pad.

The pad is approximately 1mm thick, so the fitted disc will sit slightly proud of the door or mounting surface. Apply it only to a clean, dry, smooth and grease-free area.

Adhesive performance may be reduced on rough, textured, porous, dusty, damp or uneven surfaces. When no adhesive option is selected, the disc is supplied without a fixing method for use with your own suitable adhesive.

How to Supply Your Numbering

Enter the required numbers or short references in the engraving box. Examples include:

• A continuous sequence, such as 1–50
• Two or more identical sets
• Individual numbers in a non-sequential order
• Short combinations of letters and numbers

Add the total number of physical discs required to the quantity box. For example, three sets numbered 1–10 require a total quantity of 30.

Numbers That Can Be Read Upside Down

Characters such as 6 and 9 can be underlined to show their intended orientation. This option may also be useful for numbers such as 66, 69, 96 and 99.
