Fixing and Surface Suitability

The discs are supplied without a fixing hole. An optional 40mm-diameter self-adhesive pad can be selected for attachment to a suitable clean, dry, smooth and grease-free surface.

The pad is approximately 1mm thick and leaves an approximately 5mm border around the back of the 50mm disc. It therefore holds the disc slightly proud of the mounting surface.

For the best adhesion, remove dust, grease and moisture from the surface before fitting. Self-adhesive backing may not be suitable for rough, uneven, porous, dusty or frequently damp surfaces.

If the adhesive option is not selected, the disc will be supplied without a fixing method so that you can apply your own suitable adhesive.

Ordering Your Numbers

Enter the exact numbers or short references required in the engraving box. You can request a consecutive sequence such as 1–50, repeated sets or a list of individual numbers and letters.

Please ensure that the quantity added to your basket matches the total number of discs required. For example, two sets numbered 1–10 require a basket quantity of 20 discs.

Number Orientation

Numbers that could be read upside down, such as 6, 9, 66 or 99, can be underlined where required. Select the appropriate option when ordering.

Indoor Use and Important Limitations

These economy ABS plastic discs are intended for indoor use and are not sold as weatherproof or UV-stable. For exposed outdoor locations, choose a product manufactured from a suitable weatherproof engraving material.

As the discs are engraved to your individual requirements, they are bespoke products and cannot normally be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please check all numbers, characters and quantities carefully before completing your order.
