These large engraved hotel key fobs provide clear room identification and plenty of space for hotel names, room numbers, contact details and return instructions. Measuring 100mm x 45mm, their substantial rectangular format makes room keys easy to recognise at reception, in key cabinets and during everyday use.

Each fob is manufactured from rigid 3mm ABET hard laminate, an engraving material commonly known as Traffolyte. The coloured surface is engraved to reveal a contrasting layer beneath, producing clear recessed numbers and wording that cannot peel away like a printed label or sticker.

A 25mm split ring is included with each fob for attaching your room key.

The character colour is created by engraving through the surface to reveal the contrasting layer beneath. The numbers and wording are not printed or applied as stickers.

The front can be engraved with a room number, room name or other identification. Additional short wording can also be included where space permits.

Select your preferred number font from the available choices. The selected font applies principally to the main number; supplementary wording will be arranged in a suitable standard engraving font.

Optional Reverse Engraving

The reverse of the fob can be left blank or engraved using one of the available options:

• Repeat the first side: The same number or information is engraved on both faces.
• Different reverse text: Add your own short wording, contact details or return instructions.
• Logo engraving: Add a suitable company or hotel logo to the reverse.

Please enter any different reverse wording in the second-side text box and check the spelling, capitalisation and punctuation carefully.

Logo Engraving

Logo engraving requires a suitable vector artwork file. Please email the file to sales@engraved-tags.co.uk before ordering so that we can confirm whether it is suitable for engraving.

Fine detail, shading, photographs and very small lettering may need to be simplified to produce a clear engraved result.

How to Order

1. Select the required colour.
2. Select the preferred font for the main room number.
3. Enter the room numbers or names in the engraving box, separating individual entries with commas.
4. Select whether reverse engraving is required.
5. Enter any different reverse wording where applicable.
6. Add the total number of fobs required to the quantity box.

Please ensure that the basket quantity matches the total number of fobs listed.

• Rooms 1-10: Add a quantity of 10.
• Two sets of rooms 1-10: Add a quantity of 20.
• Rooms 1, 2, 4, 7 and 12: Add a quantity of 5.
