These 30mm aluminium-effect locker number discs provide clear identification for lockers, internal doors, cupboards, desks and storage areas. Their metallic-look face offers the appearance of aluminium while retaining the lightweight construction of engraved plastic.

Each disc is manufactured from two-layer engraving plastic with an aluminium-effect face and contrasting black layer beneath. Engraving removes the surface to reveal the black number or short reference, so the identification is cut into the material rather than printed or applied as a sticker.

The discs have no fixing holes, giving them a clean appearance when mounted onto a flat surface. They can be supplied without adhesive or ordered with an optional self-adhesive backing.

Optional Self-Adhesive Backing

The optional adhesive pad measures approximately 25mm in diameter and is positioned centrally on the reverse of the 30mm disc. This leaves an approximately 2.5mm border between the edge of the pad and the outer edge of the disc.

The pad is approximately 1mm thick and therefore adds around 1mm to the fitted depth. For the strongest adhesion, apply the disc to a clean, dry and reasonably smooth surface.

If adhesive backing is not selected, the disc will be supplied without a hole or adhesive pad, allowing you to use your own suitable fixing method.

Numbering and Ordering

Enter the numbers or short references required in the engraving details box. These can be consecutive, repeated or non-sequential, for example:

• 1-100
• Two sets of 1-20
• A1-A20
• 2, 5, 8, 12A, 12B

Select your preferred font and choose whether numbers such as 6 and 9 should be underlined.

Add the total number of individual discs required to the quantity box. For example, numbers 1-25 require a quantity of 25, while two sets of 1-25 require a quantity of 50.
