Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required at the time or ordering. All goods remain our property
until the correct payment has been made.
We accept payment by:
- Cedit/debit card payments via Nochex,
- Cheque (payable to Engraved Tags),
- BACS transfer.
Please ensure you carefully check the information you type to be engraved. We will not accept any
responsibility for any misspelt words or telephone numbers that you have provided.
If you wish the text to be engraved in a certain way (e.g. central, landscape or portrait) please do
contact us at the time of placing your order.
We reserve the right to alter the layout of the engraving to suit the shape and dimensions of the
tag being engraved. We are happy to email you a proof in the format of a Jpeg photo, if you wish to
check that you are happy with the layout.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for any reason (for example; inappropriate engraving request)
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your
order, please contact us with seven days of receipt of goods.
All engraved products are made bespoke to order so we are unable to accept returns
unless the items are faulty.
Where possible we will endeavour to despatch the following items in the time-frame below (upon
receipt of payment):
Delivery within the UK is free. International shipping is also now available.
Despatch times are approximately:
3-4 working days for pet tags
3-4 working days for economy plastic tags and metal hotel tags.
5-7 working days for black filled and heavy duty plastic tags.

Please be advised this is subject to stock availability and the size of the order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out-of-stock or unsuitable for the quantity of
tags you require engraved, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative.
If in the unlikely event that you receive your order damaged, please retain all packaging and the
goods and contact us within three days.
Occasionally small orders such as pet tags and samples do get lost in the post. If you have received
notification from us that your item has been despatched and it has not arrived within seven working
days, please do contact us.
