These heavy-duty hotel key fobs are manufactured from substantial 3.2mm three-ply ABS plastic and measure 100mm × 45mm. Their large rectangular format provides clear room identification and makes keys easier to recognise at reception, inside key cabinets and during everyday use.

Room numbers, room names and short references are engraved through the coloured surface to reveal the contrasting layer beneath. The identification is cut into the material rather than printed or applied as a sticker.

Each fob includes one 25mm split ring. Optional engraving is available on the reverse, including repeated room identification, different wording or a suitable hotel logo.

Logo Engraving

Logo engraving requires suitable vector artwork. Please email your logo file to sales@engraved-tags.co.uk before ordering so that we can confirm whether it can be reproduced clearly.

Simple single-colour artwork generally engraves most effectively. Fine detail, photographs, shading and very small lettering may need to be simplified.

Numbering and Ordering

Enter the room numbers or room names required in the engraving box, separating individual entries with commas. Consecutive sequences and repeated sets can also be entered in a shortened format.

Examples include:

• 1, 2, 4, 7, 12
• Garden Suite, Courtyard Room, Room 8

Add the total number of individual fobs required to the quantity box. For example, rooms 1-20 require a quantity of 20, while two sets of rooms 1-10 also require a quantity of 20.

Three-Ply ABS Construction

These fobs are made from three-ply ABS plastic, with coloured outer faces and a contrasting middle layer. This construction allows either side to be engraved while retaining a substantial 3.2mm overall thickness.

ABS is different from the rigid ABET hard laminate commonly known as Traffolyte. This product is specifically intended for customers who prefer the thicker three-ply ABS construction.

Please note: Hard impacts, deliberate bending or abrasive handling can still mark or damage an ABS key fob. The included split ring is supplied for attaching the room key.
