These extra-large hotel key fobs measure 125mm × 55mm, providing a highly visible way to identify room keys in hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, serviced apartments and other accommodation.

Each fob is manufactured from rigid three-ply engraving laminate. Engraving removes the coloured surface to reveal the contrasting layer beneath, producing room numbers, room names and short instructions that are cut into the material rather than printed or applied as stickers.

The generous rectangular format provides space for a prominent room number together with useful wording such as the property name, telephone number or “Please Return to Reception”. Choose from the available colour combinations and add optional engraving to the reverse.

Engraving Options

The front can display individual room numbers, consecutive sequences, room names or another short reference. The selected number font applies to the main room number; additional wording will be engraved in a suitable clear font.

Reverse engraving can repeat the front or display different information, such as the hotel name, address, telephone number or a return-to-reception message.

How to Order

Select the required colour and room-number font, then enter the numbers or names exactly as they should be engraved. Separate individual entries with commas, or enter a consecutive sequence as, for example, 1-10.

Enter the total number of individual fobs required in the quantity box. For example, when ordering two complete sets numbered 1-10, enter 20 as the quantity.

When selecting different wording for the reverse, enter the text exactly as it should appear, including capital letters, punctuation and telephone numbers. Please check all engraving details carefully before submitting the order.
