Delivery Information

NORMAL DELIVERY 

Standard delivery on orders over £10+VAT is FREE. Orders under that have a flat rate standard shipping fee of £3.80+VAT.  Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Express Shipping sometimes available, please contact us before placing an express shipping order.

Dispatch times are approximate:

3-4 working days for pet tags

3-4 working days for economy plastic tags.

3-4 working days Military style tags (e.g IF FOUND)

5 working days for hotel tags (stock permitting). - 

5-7 working days for deep engraved, black filled and heavy-duty plastic tags.

7 days for Two hole and no hole brass black filled tags

These are guide times, occasional they may be slightly longer.
