These substantial 100mm engraved brass hotel key tags provide a traditional and clearly visible way to identify room keys in hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, inns and other accommodation.

Each solid brass hotel key fob has a polished front face with the room number engraved into the metal and filled with black. This creates a clear contrast against the natural brass finish and makes the number easy to recognise within a reception desk or key-management system.

Optional smaller wording can also be etched onto the front, such as a hotel name, telephone number or short return message. This additional text is etched rather than black filled, giving it a more subtle appearance than the main room number.

Important Finish Information

Only the front face is polished. The reverse is left unpolished and may show natural machining or production marks. These marks are a normal characteristic of this product and are not considered faults.

How to Order

Select the required room-number font and enter the numbers exactly as they should be engraved. Separate individual numbers with commas, or enter a consecutive sequence as, for example, 1-10.

Enter the total number of individual tags required in the quantity box. For example, when ordering two complete sets numbered 1-10, enter 20 as the quantity.

When optional etched wording is selected, enter the text exactly as it should appear, including capital letters, punctuation and telephone numbers. Please check all numbers and wording carefully before submitting the order.
